Hot Pepper Peach Cheese Ball

Hot Pepper Peach Cheese Ball is made with Hot Pepper Peach Preserves by Robert Rothschild.

16 oz. Cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 cups finely shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
7 oz. Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Pepper Peach Preserves

1. Combine the cream cheese, half of the Hot Pepper Peach Preserves, onion, and 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
2. Shape into a ball with lightly greased hands.
3. Roll in the remaining cheese and chill until serving.
4. Just before serving, top with the remaining Hot Pepper Peach Preserves.
5. Serve with crackers or toasted bread, as desired.
