Chutney Cheeseball

16oz Cream Cheese, softened
¼ Cup Scallions, diced
1 Garlic Clove, Crushed
Dash of Salt and Pepper
½ Cup Colby Cheese, Shredded
½ Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
½ Cup Pecans, Chopped Finely
½ Cup Old Farmhouse Chutney or your favorite chutney

1. Mix together the cream cheese, chutney, scallions, garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Fold in the Colby and Monterey Jack Cheeses.
3. Form the mixture into a ball and roll it into the chopped pecans.
4. Serve with crackers and enjoy!
