Ingredients:
1/2 cup Onions, chopped
3 1/2 cups Chicken, diced rotisserie or 3 cans chicken or salmon
1 cup Celery, chopped
1/2 cup Pineapples, cubed
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 cups Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Dip
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
2. Garnish with an orange slice and either feta cheese or chopped walnuts.
3. Serve on a croissant or warm pita bread.
