Pepper Jelly Tartlets

Ingredients:
2 cups grated sharp cheddar
1/2 cup soft butter
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1 jar Your Favorite Pepper jelly

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except jelly.
2. Mix and form a dough.
3. Make logs and wrap in plastic. Slice 1/3″ and make thumbprint in center.
4. Fill thumbprint center with jelly. Don’t overfill.
5. Bake on parchment lined cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
