1 ½ cups unsalted butter (softened)
1 cup sugar
3 cups flour
¼ tsp salt
1 Jar Stonewall Kitchen Seedless Blackberry Jam
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat butter until creamy.
Add flour until crumbly.
Spread ⅔ of mix into bottom of jelly roll or pan.
Spread layer of jelly/jam over first layer.
Sprinkle remaining mix over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve a la mode.
