Layered Dip with Raspberry Salsa

A fantastic Layered Dip with Raspberry Salsa featuring black beans, cream cheese, red onion & Monterey Jack cheese.

8 oz. Black beans, drained
8 oz. Cream cheese, cut thin
1 small Red onion, chopped
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Salsa
Tortilla Chips

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. In oven-safe casserole or quiche dish, layer ingredients as listed above starting with black beans.
3. Bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
4. Serve with Tortilla Chips.
