Only a few ingredients, but not lacking in flavor this chicken avocado burrito is taken to new heights with a nice drizzle of hot sauce.
1 large flour tortilla
1⁄2 of a Chicken Breast, cut into strips
1 avocado, cubed
1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese
Salt, to taste
TRUFF Hot Sauce
In a medium pan or skillet, heat a drizzle of oil and cook chicken seasoned with salt until brown and cooked through. Remove from pan and add to a paper towel lined plate. Lay down tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Add chicken and avocado down the middle then roll up like a burrito. Cut in half and drizzle with TRUFF hot sauce.
