Avocado Chicken Burrito with Truffle Sauce

1 large flour tortilla
1/2 of a Chicken Breast, cut into strips
1 avocado, cubed
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Salt, to taste
TRUFF Hot Sauce

In a medium pan or skillet, heat a drizzle of oil and cook chicken seasoned with salt until brown and cooked through.
Remove from pan and add to a paper towel lined plate.
Lay down tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.
Add chicken and avocado down the middle then roll up like a burrito.
Cut in half and drizzle with TRUFF hot sauce.
