4 Boneless Chicken Thighs
1 Punnet Mixed Cherry Tomatoes
3 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
1/3 Cup Wozz! Balsamic Fig Mostarda Savory Spread
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
In a bowl toss with balsamic vinegar.
Add chicken thighs to oven proof pan and toss with Wozz! Balsamic Fig Mostarda.
Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
*Halfway through your cooking time, add your cherry tomatoes (basically for the last 10-12 minutes of cooking).
