Parmesan and Artichoke Baked Halibut
Ingredients:
2 pounds skinless halibut fillet
1 package (15g) Gourmet du Village Parmesan and Artichoke Dip Mix
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
1 can (14oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese and Parmesan and artichoke dip mix.
Arrange the halibut fillets in the prepared baking dish.

Bake halibut fillets about 15 minutes (depends on thickness of fillet) or until easily flaked with a fork.

Spread with the artichoke and Parmesan cheese mixture, and broil 2 minutes, or until topping is bubbly and lightly browned.
