Lawry's Seasoning Salt to season wings before cooking
Lawry's Garlic Salt with Parsley to season wings before cooking
2 10oz Jars of Savor the Flavor Four Berry Preserves
4Tbs Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/4c Balsalmic Vinegar
3 medium garlic cloves minced
Place items for sauce in a medium saucepan, simmer for 10 minutes, let cool. Can be used for a glaze or dipping sauce.
Preheat outdoor grill per manufacturers instruction, preferably a kettle style BBQ
Prepare wings, sprinkle with Lawry's Seasoning salt and garlic salt, let stand.
Once BBQ is heated, place wings off heat add smoker chips, to charcoals. Let smoke for 20 minutes.
Can glaze wings as they are smoking or just serve wings without the glaze coating and serve with dipping sauce.
