4 ounces Feta cheese
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 box Sea Salt Crackers
1 jar Watermelon Jelly
Bunch of fresh basil leaves, chopped
Balsamic glaze, optional
In a food processor, whip the feta and cream cheese until it becomes a spreadable consistency.
Spread a thin layer of feta on crackers. Top with approximately a teaspoon of Watermelon Jelly and a piece of basil. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving if desired. (Whipped Feta can be stored, covered, in the refrigerator for later use.)
