The crimson wine colored orange makes a great marmalade. It's particularly sweet. Since Moorish times in Sicily, this fruit has captured the imagination, and our marmalade is no exception.
Uses: A great wake up call for your toast or English muffin, it is simply divine as a glaze with cilantro or thyme on halibut or shrimp. You can also use it as a saucy combination with white wine and rosemary over pork, or included in your favorite vinaigrette drizzled on avocado slices.
Ingredients: Sugar, Fresh Blood Oranges (Moro Variety), Water and Citric Acid.
